Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions

• We only accept trade-in items that are in good working condition and originally purchased after the year 2020.
• Eligible trade-in categories include:
  • Projectors from major brands
  • Hi-Fi systems and speakers from major brands
  • Apple computers
  • iPhones
  • iPads
• All trade-in items are subject to inspection and approval.
• We reserve the right to provide a reasonable valuation for the trade-in item based on:
  • Overall condition
  • Cosmetic appearance
  • Functional condition
  • Current market value
  • Product age and depreciation
• Submission of a trade-in request does not guarantee acceptance into the trade-in program.
• Once the trade-in request is approved, the customer is responsible for the postage/shipping cost to send the item to us.

• If the received item does not match the description, condition, or information provided during registration, we reserve the right to:

  • Revise the trade-in value
  • Reject the trade-in request

  In such cases, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost if they wish to have the item returned.

• Trade-in value will be issued in the form of a coupon code, store credit, or credit voucher, which can be used toward the purchase of selected products available on our website.
• Trade-in credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Products displaying the “Trade-In Register” button are eligible products participating in this trade-in program.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the trade-in program at any time without prior notice.
